摘 要:目的:分析探讨关节镜下半月板缝合+骨髓刺激技术对半月板损伤患者膝关节功能、活动度的影响。方法:以随机数字表法将2021年1月—2023年12月于常州市金坛第一人民医院骨科接受治疗的半月板损伤患者80例分为对照组(予以关节镜下半月板缝合)和观察组(予以关节镜下半月板缝合+骨髓刺激技术),各40例。对比两组膝关节功能、活动度、疼痛程度及手术相关指标。结果:观察组术后2周及2、4个月的膝关节活动度均明显大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后2周西安大略和麦克马斯特大学(WOMAC)骨关节炎指数明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后2、4、8 d,观察组疼痛评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组下床时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,手术用时长于对照组,手术出血量大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜下半月板缝合联合骨髓刺激技术在改善半月板损伤患者膝关节功能和活动度方面有明显优势,且术后康复速度快,住院时间短。Objective:To analyze and explore the effects of arthroscopic meniscus suture+bone marrow stimulation technique on function and range of motion of knee joint in patients with meniscus injury.Method:A total of 80 patients with meniscus injury who received treatment in Department of Orthopedics,Changzhou Jintan First People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were divided into control group(given arthroscopic meniscus suture)and observation group(given arthroscopic meniscus suture+bone marrow stimulation technique)by random number method,with 40 cases in each group.The function and range of motion of knee joint,pain degree and operation related indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:The range of motion of knee joint in the observation group 2 weeks and 2 and 4 months after surgery were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Western Ontario and McMaster University(WOMAC)osteoarthritis index of the observation group 2 weeks after surgery was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2,4 and 8 days after surgery,the pain scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The getting out of bed time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,the hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the operation time was longer than that in the control group,and the surgical bleeding volume was larger than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Arthroscopic meniscus suture combined with bone marrow stimulation technique has obvious advantages in improving the function and range of motion of knee joint in patients with meniscus injury,and the postoperative recovery speed is fast,the hospital stay is short.
