摘　　要：目的:探究以家庭为中心护理在新生儿重症监护室(NICU)患儿母乳喂养中的应用价值。方法:选取2023年3月—2024年3月贵州医科大学附属医院收治的62例NICU患儿作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各31例。其中对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施以家庭为中心护理,比较两组纯母乳喂养率、体重、身体反应能力及预后情况。结果:观察组纯母乳喂养率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。住院2个月时,观察组体重明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理7 d后,观察组身体反应能力评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组医院感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组总氧疗时间短于对照组,出院30 d内再入院率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以家庭为中心护理在NICU患儿母乳喂养中应用价值较高,不仅提升了纯母乳喂养率,还有助于患儿在住院期间的体重增长和身体反应能力的提升,进而改善了患儿的预后情况。Objective:To explore the application value of family-centered nursing in breast-feeding for infants in the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Method:A total of 62 NICU children admitted to Guizhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into two groups,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received family-centered nursing.The rate of exclusive breast-feeding,body weight,physical responsiveness and prognosis of the two groups were compared.Result:The rate of exclusive breast-feeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of hospitalization,the body weight of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After 7 d of nursing,the physical response ability scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in nosocomial infection rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The total oxygen therapy time in the observation group was shorter than that in control group,the readmission rate within 30 d after discharge in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family-centered nursing has a high application value in breast-feeding of NICU children,which not only improves the rate of exclusive breast-feeding,but also contributes to the weight gain and physical responsiveness of children during hospitalization,thus improving the prognosis of children.
