摘 要:目的:观察基于3D打印技术的医用冷敷贴在阴道分娩侧切后的应用效果。方法:选择2022年9月-2023年9月在本院阴道分娩行会阴切开术产妇210例,随机分为两组各105例,产后当天3D组使用基于3D打印技术的医用冷敷贴,传统组使用传统冷敷贴;通过评估量表和临床评估,比较两组使用后切口愈合、疼痛数字评分、产品体验评分情况。结果:产后第3天3D组会阴疼痛评分(1.11±0.32分)低于传统组(3.44±0.59分),冷敷垫评分(8.16±0.44分)高于传统组(6.18±0.46分),产后48h会阴水肿程度低于传统组,会阴切口愈合情况优于传统组(均P<0.05)。结论:使用基于3D打印技术的医用冷敷贴可以降低阴道分娩侧切产妇伤口疼痛,提高产品应用舒适度及满意度。Objective:To observe the application effect of the medical cold dressing based on 3D printing technology for puerperas after episiotomy during vaginal delivery.Methods:From September 2022 to September 2023,210 puerperas who had undergone episiotomy during vaginal delivery in the hospital were selected and were randomly divided into two groups.105 puerperas in the control group were given the traditional cold dressing on the day of delivery,and 105 puerperas in the study group were given the medical cold dressing based on 3D printing technology on the day of delivery.Through the evaluation scale and the clinical evaluation,the incision healing situation,the pain numerical score and the product experience score of the puerperas were compared between the two groups.Results:On the third day after delivery,the perineal pain score(1.11±0.32 points)of the puerperas in the study group was significantly lower than that(3.44±0.59 points)of the puerperas in the control group.The cold pad score(8.16±0.44 points)of the puerperas in the study group was significantly higher than that(6.18±0.46 points)of the puerperas in the control group.The degree of the perineal edema of the puerperas in the study group in 48 hours after delivery was significantly less than that of the puerperas in the control group.The healing situation of the perineal incision of the puerperas in the study group was significantly better than that of the puerperas in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of the medical cold dressing based on 3D printing technology can reduce the pain degree of the puerperas with episiotomy during vaginal delivery,and can improve the comfort and satisfaction of the puerperas.
