摘　　要：目的:分析小儿退黄健脾免煎颗粒联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散对新生儿黄疸的辅助应用效果。方法:选取2022年12月-2023年12月于本院出生的黄疸新生儿96例,简单随机抽样法分为对照组(n=48,双歧杆菌三联活菌散)和联合组(n=48,小儿退黄健脾免煎颗粒联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散);比较两组疗效,治疗前后血清T淋巴细胞亚群指标水平及不良反应。结果:治疗后,联合组治疗总有效率(95.8%)高于对照组(81.3%),住院时间(5.65±0.70d)少于对照组(7.01±0.86d),胆红素下降幅度(8.96±1.12 mg/dl)大于对照组(7.04±0.97mg/dl),CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组和治疗前(均P<0.05);两组治疗前后CD8^(+)均无差异,联合组与对照组不良反应总发生率(6.2%、18.8%)无差异(P>0.05)。结论:使用小儿退黄健脾免煎颗粒联合双歧杆菌三联活菌散辅助治疗新生儿黄疸效果更佳,对患儿T淋巴细胞亚群指标有较好调节作用,且不增加不良反应。Objective:To analyze the auxiliary application effect of Xiao'er Tuihuang Jianpi free-fried granule combined with bifidobacterium triple viable powder for treating neonatal jaundice.Methods:96 neonates with jaundice who has born in the hospital were selected and were divided into two groups(48 cases in each group)according to simple random sampling method from December 2022 to December 2023.The neonates in the control group were given bifidobacterium triple viable powder and the neonates in the study group were given Xiao'er Tuihuang Jianpi free-fried granule combined with bifidobacterium triple viable powder.The efficacy,the levels of the T lymphocyte subsets indexes before and after treatment and the rate of adverse reactions of the neonates were compared between groups.Results:The total effective rate(95.8%)of the neonates in the study group after treatment was significantly higher than that(81.3%)of the neonates in the control group.The time of hospital stay(5.65±0.70 d)of the neonates in the study group after treatment was significantly less than that(7.01±0.86 d)of the neonates in the control group.The decreased degree of the bilirubin level(8.96±1.12 mg/dl)of the neonates in the study group after treatment was significantly higher than that(7.04±0.97mg/dl)of the neonates in the control group.The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)of the neonates in the study group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the neonates in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the CD8^(+)level of the neonates before and after treatment between the two groups.There was no significant difference in the total incidence of the adverse reactions(6.2%vs.18.8%)of the neonates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Xiao'er Tuihuang Jianpi free-fried granule combined with bifidobacterium triple viable powder for auxiliary treating the neonatal jaundice has better effect,and which has good regulatory effect on the levels of the T lymphocyte subsets of these n
