摘　　要：目的:探讨氟比洛芬酯复合舒芬太尼静脉自控镇痛(PCIA)对子宫内膜癌手术患者术后疼痛及应激因子水平的影响。方法:选取本院2019年9月-2023年6月拟行子宫内膜癌手术患者124例,随机数字表法分为观察组(术后氟比洛芬酯复合舒芬太尼PCIA)与对照组(术后舒芬太尼PCIA)各62例。比较两组术后2、4、8、12、24、36、48h的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分,手术前后应激因子水平变化以及不良反应。结果:术后两组VAS评分呈下降趋势且观察组评分(3.68±0.54、3.57±0.51、3.16±0.47、2.68±0.40、2.24±0.36、2.06±0.38、1.97±0.39)分均低于对照组(4.25±0.63、4.09±0.56、3.62±0.53、3.19±0.45、2.81±0.44、2.52±0.40、2.34±0.42)分(均P<0.05),两组血清皮质醇(Cor)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)以及神经肽Y(NPY)水平均呈先升后降趋势,且观察组均低于对照组(均P<0.05),不良反应发生率(6.5%)与对照组(14.5%)无差异(P>0.05)。结论:氟比洛芬酯复合舒芬太尼PCIA可有效减轻子宫内膜癌手术患者的术后疼痛和应激反应,不良反应发生率低。Objective:To explore the effects of flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil used in patient-controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA)of patients on their pain and stress factor level after endometrial cancer surgery.Methods:124 patients who planned to undergo endometrial cancer surgery in the hospital were selected and were divided into two groups(62 cases in each group)according to the random number table method from September 2019 to June 2023.The patients in the observation group were given postoperative flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil for PCIA and the patients in the control group were given postoperative sufentanil for PCIA.The score of visual analogue scale(VAS)at 2h,4h,8h,12h,24h,36h and 48h after surgery,the changes of the stress factor levels before and after surgery and the occurrence of adverse reactions rate of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS scores of the patients in the two groups at 2h,4h,8h,12h,24h,36h and 48h after surgery had downward trend,and which(3.68±0.54 points,3.57±0.51 points,3.16±0.47 points,2.68±0.40 points,2.24±0.36 points,2.06±0.38 points and 1.97±0.39 points)of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those(4.25±0.63 points,4.09±0.56 points,3.62±0.53 points,3.19±0.45 points,2.81±0.44,2.52±0.40 points and 2.34±0.42 points)of the patients in the control group(all P<0.05).The levels of the serum cortisol(Cor),adrenocorticotropic hormone(ACTH),norepinephrine(NE)and neuropeptide Y(NPY)of the patients in the two groups had increased first and then decreased,and which of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the patients in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of the adverse reactions(6.5%)of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that(14.5%)of the patients in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Flurbiprofen axetil combined with sufentanil used in PCIA of the patients with endometrial cancer surgery can reduce their postoperati
