注射用益气复脉联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察注射用益气复脉联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年4月至2023年6月该院收治的114例慢性心力衰竭患者的临床资料,按治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和研究组各57例。对照组予以沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合注射用益气复脉治疗,比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后症状严重程度[Memorial心力衰竭症状评估量表(MSASHF)]评分、血清生化指标[N末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、心肌肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)]水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为92.98%(53/57),高于对照组的78.95%(45/57),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组生理症状、心理症状、心力衰竭表现等MSAS-HF评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清NT-proBNP、cTnT、CK-MB水平均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:注射用益气复脉联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭患者可提高治疗总有效率,降低MSASHF评分和血清生化指标水平,效果优于单纯沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗。Objective:To observe effects of Yiqi Fumai injection combined with Sacubitril/Valsartan in treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:The clinical data of 114 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to this hospital from April 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group,57 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sacubitril/Valsartan,while the study group was treated with Yiqi Fumai injection on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the severity of symptoms[Memorial symptom assessment scale-heart failure(MSAS-HF)]score and the serum biochemical indexes[N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),cardiac troponin T(cTnT),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)]levels before and after the treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 92.98%(53/57),which was higher than 78.95%(45/57)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the MSAS-HF scores of physiological symptoms,psychological symptoms and heart failure in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of serum NT-proBNP,cTnT and CK-MB in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Yiqi Fumai injection combined with Sacubitril/Valsartan in the treatment of the patients with chronic heart failure can improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the MSAS-HF scores and the serum biochemical index levels.Moreover,it is superi
