全流程优化管理在静脉药物配置中心管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察全流程优化管理在静脉药物配置中心管理中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年1—4月该院实施常规管理的86张输液处方作为对照组,2023年5—8月该院在常规管理基础上实施全流程优化管理的86张输液处方作为观察组。比较两组药师专业素养优良率、配制间灭菌合格率(配药人员手部、空气沉降、小型物体表面、生物安全柜表面)、不合理处方率和配制错误率。结果:观察组药师专业素养优良率为92.31%(12/13),高于对照组的38.46%(5/13),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组配制间配药人员手部、空气沉降、小型物体表面、生物安全柜表面的灭菌合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组配制错误率和不合理处方率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规管理基础上采用全流程优化管理可提高静脉药物配置中心药师专业素养优良率和配制间灭菌合格率,降低配制错误率和不合理处方率,效果优于单纯常规管理。Objective:To observe application effects of whole process optimization management in management of pharmacy intravenous admixture services.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 86 infusion prescriptions routinely managed in the hospital from January to April 2022 and they were was used as the control group.From May to August 2023,86 infusion prescriptions under the whole process optimization management on the basis of the routine management were used as the observation group.The excellent and good rate of professional quality of pharmaceutical personnel,the sterilization qualified rate in preparation room(hand of dispensing personnel,air sedimentation,surface of small objects,surface of biological safety cabinet),the unreasonable prescription rate,and the preparation error rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate of professional quality of pharmaceutical personnel in the observation group was 92.31%(12/13),which was higher than 38.46%(5/13)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sterilization qualified rate of hands,air sedimentation,small object surface and biological safety cabinet surface in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the preparation error rate and the unreasonable prescription rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine management,the whole process optimization management can improve the excellent and good rate of professional quality of pharmacy personnel in the pharmacy intravenous admixture services and the sterilization qualified rate in the preparation room,and reduce the preparation error rate and the unreasonable prescription rate.Moreover,it is superior to routine management.
