基于行动研究法的三位一体护理在肺结核纤维支气管镜介入治疗患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察基于行动研究法的三位一体护理在肺结核纤维支气管镜介入治疗患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年2月至2023年2月于该院行纤维支气管镜介入治疗的95例肺结核患者的临床资料,按照护理方法不同将其分为观察组48例和对照组47例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施基于行动研究法的三位一体护理。比较两组护理前后负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、应对方式[特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ)]、自我效能[一般自我效能感量表(GSES)]、生命质量[健康调查简表(SF-36)]评分,以及并发症发生率。结果:护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组积极应对评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,两组消极应对评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组GSES、SF-36评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为6.25%(3/48),低于对照组的21.28%(10/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于行动研究法的三位一体护理应用于肺结核纤维支气管镜介入治疗患者可缓解负性情绪,改善应对方式,提高自我效能和生命质量,降低并发症发生率,效果优于常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of trinity nursing based on action research method in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis undergoing fiberoptic bronchoscopy interventional therapy.Methods:The clinical data of 95 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy interventional therapy in the hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group(48 cases)and control group(47 cases).The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given trinity nursing based on action research method on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],coping style[trait coping style questionnaire(TCSQ)],self-efficacy[general self-efficacy scale(GSES)]and quality of life[health survey short form(SF-36)]before and after the nursing,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After the nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the positive coping scores of the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group;the negative coping scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of GSES and SF-36 in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.25%(3/48),which was lower than 21.28%(10/47)in th
