清胃补脾汤联合硫辛酸注射液对早期2型糖尿病干预研究

摘　　要：目的 探究清胃补脾汤联合硫辛酸注射液对早期2型糖尿病(T2DM)的干预效果。方法 选取我院2021年10月至2024年7月收治的120例早期T2DM患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为硫辛酸组、中药组、硫辛酸联合中药组和对照组各30例。对比4组的血糖、尿微量白蛋白(ALB)、空腹及餐后2 h胰岛素水平。结果 治疗2周,硫辛酸联合中药组的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、尿ALB低于硫辛酸组、中药组、对照组,且硫辛酸组、中药组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2周,4组空腹及餐后2 h胰岛素均升高,硫辛酸联合中药组高于硫辛酸组、中药组、对照组,且硫辛酸组、中药组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 清胃补脾汤联合硫辛酸注射液可改善早期T2DM患者的血糖及胰岛素水平,降低尿ALB水平。Objectives To explore the intervention effect of QingweiBupi Decoction combined with lipoic acid injection on early type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 120 patients with early T2DM admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into lipoic acid group,traditional Chinese medicine group,lipoic acid combined with traditional Chinese medicine group,and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The blood glucose,urinary microalbumin(ALB),fasting and 2h postprandial insulin levels of the 4 groups were compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the fasting blood glucose(FBG),2h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),glycated hemoglobin(HbAlc)and urinary ALB of lipoic acid combined with Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those of lipoic acid group,Chinese medicine group and control group,and those of lipoic acid group and Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,fasting and 2h postprandial insulin levels of the four groups were increased,and those in the lipoic acid combined withChinese medicine group were significantly higher than those of the lipoic acid group,Chinese medicine group and control group,and those in the lipoic acid group and Chinese medicine group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions QingweiBupi Decoction combined with lipoic acid injection can improve the level of blood glucose and insulin in early T2DM patients and reduce the level of urinary ALB.
