摘 要:随着高铁技术的快速发展,我国铁路既有线路改造任务愈加艰巨,特别是在信号控制系统改造领域。聚焦八线制道岔控制电路与五线制转辙机之间的兼容难题,通过深入分析八线制和五线制道岔控制电路原理,明确两者在启动电路与表示电路上的差异,设计了一款电路倒切开关,以改进以往同类设计需要调整转辙机内部配线的不足,实现八线制道岔控制电路对五线制转辙机的有效控制,提高改造工程的工作效率与灵活性,为铁路信号系统的平滑过渡提供可靠的技术方案。With the rapid development of high-speed rail technology,the task of upgrading the existing railway lines in China has become increasingly difficult,especially in the field of signal control system upgrades.Focusing on the compatibility problem between the eight-wire track control circuit and the five-wire turnout machine,this paper analyzes the principles of the eight-wire and five-wire track control circuits in depth,clarifies the differences between the starting circuits and indicates circuits of the two systems,and designs a circuit switching switch to improve the shortcoming that the previous similar design required adjusting the internal wiring of the turnout machine.This design achieves effective control of the eight-wire track control circuit over the five-wire turnout machine,improving the efficiency and flexibility of the upgrade project,and providing a reliable technical solution for the smooth transition of the railway signal system.
