摘 要:汽轮发电机转子动平衡调试技术是汽轮发电机在制造厂内的常用试验技术,也是现场解决发电机运行时振动超标的主要试验技术。介绍了汽轮发电机转子动平衡的原理、流程及常用方法,并针对小容量汽轮发电机组的动平衡特性,以华润水泥6号线9 MW余热发电机组大修后振动过大为例,采用成组加重配合影响系数法进行现场调试,成功降低了机组振动值,达到了满足长期稳定运行的效果,验证了该方法对同类型机组动平衡调试的实用性,为小容量汽轮发电机组的动平衡调试提供了参考。The rotor dynamic balance debugging technology is the common test technology of turbine generators in the factory,and also the main test technology to solve the problem of excessive vibration during the operation of the generator.This paper introduces the principle,process,and common methods of dynamic balancing of turbo-generator rotors.In view of the dynamic balancing characteristics of the small-capacity turbo-generator set,taking the overrepair of the 9 MW waste heat generator set of CR Cement Line 6 as an example,the method of group weighting and matching influence coefficient is used to carry out on-site commissioning,which successfully reduces the vibration value of the unit and achieves the effect of long-term stable operation.This method is proved to be practical for the dynamic balance debugging of the same type of units and provides a reference for the dynamic balance debugging of small capacity turbogenerator units.
