摘　　要：思想政治工作是人民军队的生命线,是军队战斗力的重要来源和保障。李卓然作为党和军队杰出的政治工作领导者,强调要用政治工作保障每个战斗任务的完成;军队思想政治工作要紧紧围绕中心任务,抓战前、战中、战后、卫生、病员、战俘等全方位和全过程工作;在工作中要以打胜仗为目标因地因时采取适宜的方法;发挥模范典型的示范作用;把巩固自身力量和瓦解敌军力量工作统一起来。李卓然军队思想政治工作的主要特征包括重视差异性、强调务实性、鲜明的党性原则,其历史贡献在于丰富了毛泽东军队思想政治工作理论,推进了军队思想政治工作建设。Ideological and political work is the lifeline of the people’s army and an important source and guarantee of the army’s combat effectiveness.An outstanding leader in the political work of our Party and army,Li Zhuoran made extraordinary contributions to the political work in the construction and development of the Red Army and deepened the theory and practice of the army’s ideological and political construction.He stressed that political work should be used to ensure the completion of each combat task,the ideological and political work of the army should be closely focused on the central task,and attention should be paid to the all-round and whole process of work before,during,and after every combat,including the health care for the sick people and prisoners of war,etc.In the work,the goal should be set to win the war by taking appropriate measures in accordance with the place and time,giving full play to the exemplary role of paradigm models,and unifying the effort to increase our own strength with the attempt to undermine the forces of the enemy.Li’s ideological and political work in the army was characterized by attention to difference,emphasis on practicability,and sharp-cut commitment to the principle of the Party character,which helped to enrich Mao Zedong’s theory of military ideological and political work and promoted the construction of ideological and political work in the army.
