摘　　要：高校基层党组织是党在高校内的战斗堡垒,发挥着重要的组织引领作用。而基层党组织在当前复杂多变的社会环境下,面临着需求日益多样化、问题日益复杂化的挑战。因此,提升调查研究本领成为高校基层党组织的重要任务。当前高校基层党组织调查研究存在调查研究能力不足、资源匮乏、缺乏跨学科合作等问题。为此,要加强调查研究人员队伍建设、推动数字化调查研究手段的应用,逐步展开调查研究成果的应用和转化,全方位提升基层党组织调查研究本领,更好地为实践提供理论支撑,为党组织的工作提供科学决策依据,推动高校基层党组织的高质量发展。The grass-roots party organization in colleges and universities is the fighting fortress of the party in colleges and universities,and plays an important organizational leading role.In the current complex and changeable social environment,grass-roots party organizations are facing the challenge of increasingly diversified needs and increasingly complicated problems.Therefore,improving the ability of investigation and research has become an important task for the grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities.At present,there are some problems in the investigation and research of grassroots party organizations in universities,such as lack of investigation and research ability,lack of resources and lack of interdisciplinary cooperation.To this end,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the team of investigation researchers,promote the application of digital investigation and research means/gradually launch the application and transformation of investigation and research results,comprehensively improve the investigation and research skills of grass-roots party organizations,better provide theoretical support for practice,provide scientific decision-making basis for the work of party organizations,and promote the high-quality development of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities.
