摘　　要：发展公共文化服务,是保障人民群众文化权益,满足人民群众文化需求的重要途径。P市以创建国家公共文化服务体系示范区为契机,不断推进公共文化服务城乡一体化发展,表现在基础设施不断完善、文化供给量质齐升、数字赋能成效初显、产业融合态势良好。在取得成效和形成经验的同时,P市在推进公共文化服务城乡一体化发展过程中,还存在短板和瓶颈。因此,要整合多方力量,形成公共文化服务城乡一体化建设的合力;挖掘资源潜力,提升公共文化服务城乡一体化建设的活力;建强人才队伍,增强公共文化服务城乡一体化建设的的动力,从而助力P市公共文化服务城乡一体化行稳致远。Developing public cultural services is an important way to safeguard the cultural rights and interests of the people and meet their cultural needs.Taking the creation of a national public cultural service system demonstration zone as an opportunity,P City continuously promotes the integrated development of urban and rural public cultural services,which is reflected in the continuous improvement of infrastructure,the simultaneous increase in cultural supply and quality,the initial effectiveness of digital empowerment,and the improvement of industrial integration.While achieving results and forming experiences,P city still has shortcomings and bottlenecks in promoting the integrated development of public cultural services between urban and rural areas.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate multiple forces and form a joint force of public cultural services for urban-rural integration construction;Tap into the potential of resources and enhance the vitality of public cultural services for urban-rural integration construction;Building a strong talent team and enhancing the driving force for the integration of public cultural services between urban and rural areas,in order to help P City achieve stable and far-reaching development of public cultural services between urban and rural areas.
