摘　　要：国家铁路局发布《铁路CBTC信号设计规范》TB 10521—2024(以下简称“规范”),自2024年9月1日起实施。规范首次统一铁路CBTC信号工程设计要求,为完善铁路信号系统工程建设标准体系,促进轨道交通“四网融合”,有序推进市域(郊)铁路建设奠定基础,适用于采用CBTC制式的新建或改建市域(郊)铁路、设计速度160km/h及以下采用CBTC制式的新建或改建城际铁路信号工程设计。Code for Design of Railway CBTC Signaling(TB 10521-2024)(hereinafter referred to as the Code)was issued by the National Railway Administration and came into effect on September 1,2024.The Code harmonizes the design requirements of railway CBTC signaling engineering for the first time,and lays the foundation for improving the engineering and construction standard system for railway signaling works,promotes the"Four-network integration"for rail transit,and orderly advances the construction of urban(suburban)railways.It is applicable for the new or renovated urban(suburban)railway with CBTC system,as well as the new or renovated intercity railway signaling works using CBTC system with the design speed of 160 km/h and below.
