摘 要:目的研究钙基干法脱硫剂在烟气脱硫领域的应用,充分发挥钙基脱硫剂成本低、脱硫性能好及对环境友好的优势,以实现烟气中二氧化硫(SO_(2))的达标排放。方法采用XRD、BET、FTIR、XPS技术对制备的钙基脱硫剂的理化性质进行表征分析。模拟含硫废气,借助固定床反应器考查SO_(2)含量、反应温度、O_(2)含量、体积空速对钙基干法脱硫剂脱硫性能的影响。结果制备的钙基脱硫剂脱硫效果较好,其最佳操作温度范围为220~300℃,适用于烟气中SO_(2)体积分数不超过0.4%的情况。O_(2)含量的增加产生了新的用于吸附的活性位点,对脱硫过程起到促进作用。当体积空速在500~2000 h^(-1)范围内时,硫容变化不大。结论钙基干法脱硫剂应用于烟气脱硫领域具有高效性和稳定性,可为其在工业领域的广泛应用提供参考。Objective The aim is to study the application of calcium-based dry desulfurizer in the field of flue gas desulfurization,and give full play to the advantages of low cost,good desulfurization performance and environmental friendliness of calcium-based desulfurizer,so as to achieve the up-to-standard emission of SO_(2) in flue gas.Methods The physical and chemical properties of the prepared calcium-based desulfurizer were characterized by XRD,BET,FTIR and XPS.Additionally,simulating sulfur-containing waste gas,the effects of SO_(2) content,reaction temperature,O_(2) content and volume space velocity on the desulfurization performance of calciumbased dry desulfurizer were investigated by a fixed bed reactor.Results The prepared calcium-based desulfurizer demonstrated effective desulfurization,and its optimum operating temperature range was 220-300℃,which was suitable for the case that the volume fraction of SO_(2) in flue gas did not exceed 0.4%.The increase of O_(2) content produced new active sites for adsorption,which could promote desulfurization process.When the volume space velocity was in the range of 500-2000 h^(−1),the sulfur capacity did not change much.Conclusions The application of calcium-based dry desulfurizer in the field of flue gas desulfurization has high efficiency and stability,which can provide reference for its wide application in the industrial field.
