摘 要:目的为乙烯裂解炉的优化运行提供迅捷的技术方案,提升乙烯裂解装置的运行效益。方法确定乙烯裂解炉现场标定试验方案,分析裂解原料的物性和组成,应用自主开发的在线采样装置,以石脑油裂解炉和加氢尾油(HTO)裂解炉为例,开展乙烯裂解炉现场标定试验,用标定试验得到的结果,指导乙烯裂解炉出口温度(COT)的优化调整。结果标定试验得到石脑油裂解炉和HTO裂解炉适宜的COT分别为855℃和830℃。在上述控制温度下,石脑油裂解炉双烯(乙烯+丙烯)收率和三烯(乙烯+丙烯+1,3丁二烯)收率分别达到最高值45.53%和49.15%,HTO裂解炉双烯收率和三烯收率分别达到最高值52.10%和59.21%,提升明显。结论采用自主开发的在线采样装置,应用文中所述标定试验方案,在生产能力80×10^(4) t/a的乙烯裂解装置上,对不同原料裂解炉进行现场标定,优化裂解工艺,能有效地提高裂解目的产物的收率,提升乙烯裂解装置的运行效益。Objective In order to improve the operational efficiency of ethylene cracking unit,a fast and efficient technical solution for the optimized operation of ethylene cracking furnaces was provided.Methods The on-site calibration test plan for ethylene cracking furnace was established,the physical properties and composition of cracking raw materials were analyzed.Taking naphtha cracking furnace and hydrogenation tail oil(HTO)cracking furnace as examples,self-developed online sampling devices were utilized to conduct on-site calibration tests for guiding the optimization and adjustment of cracking furnace outlet temperature(COT)for ethylene cracking furnace.Results The calibration test showed that the optimal COTs for the naphtha cracking furnace and the HTO cracking furnace were 855℃and 830℃,respectively.Under the above control temperatures,the yield of diene(ethylene+propylene)and trienee(ethylene+propylene+1,3-butadiene)in the naphtha cracking furnace reached the highest values of 45.53%and 49.15%,respectively.The yield of diene and triene in the HTO cracking furnace reached the highest values of 52.10%and 59.21%,respectively.A significant improvement in yield was obtained.Conclusions An independently developed online sampling device was used,and the calibration test plan described in this paper was implemented.At production capacity of 800×10^(3) t/a ethylene cracking unit,on-site calibration tests were conducted on different raw material cracking furnaces to optimize the cracking process,which could effectively improve the yield of cracking target products and achieve the goal of improving the operational efficiency of the ethylene cracking unit.
