摘 要:目的研究固态离子交换过程中的载体结构和骨架变化,同时考查吸附剂的CO吸附容量。方法首先通过水热合成法制备了NaY,然后通过氨离子交换法得到NH4Y,经过焙烧得到HY载体,将CuCl和HY按照一定比例机械混合,分别在250℃、350℃、450℃、550℃、650℃和750℃的氮气环境下焙烧,得到系列吸附剂样品,利用XRD、Ar吸附/脱附、SEM等方法表征样品。结果采用固态分散法制备吸附剂时,低温区间主要是CuCl在HY载体上进行单层分散,高温区间主要是CuCl与分子筛表面的羟基发生离子交换,形成孤立态的Cu^(+),进一步提高温度,分子筛的结构发生坍塌。结论孤立态的Cu^(+)更有利于对CO的吸附。在CuCl和HY的混合体系下,最优焙烧温度为650℃,此时,样品不但具有较高的CO吸附量,还具有较高的CO/N_(2)选择性。Objective The aim is to investigate the changes in carrier structure and framework during solid ion exchange process.Additionally,the CO adsorption capacity of the adsorbent under various temperature treatments was investigated.Methods Firstly,NaY was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method,followed by obtaining NH4Y through ammonia ion exchange method,HY carrier was obtained after calcining,CuCl and HY were mechanically mixed in specific proportions,and calcined at 250℃,350℃,450℃,550℃,650℃,and 750℃in a nitrogen atmosphere,a series of samples were finally obtained and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),Ar adsorption/desorption,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and other characterization methods.Results When the adsorbent was prepared by solid-state dispersion method,CuCl was mainly dispersed in single layer on HY carrier at low temperature range,and the isolated Cu^(+)was mainly formed by the ion exchange between CuCl and the hydroxyl group on the surface of the molecular sieve at high temperature range,and the molecular sieve structure would collapse with a further increase of temperature.Conclusions The isolated Cu^(+)was more favorable to the adsorption of CO.The optimal calcination temperature for the mixed system of CuCl and HY was determined to be 650℃,and achieving not only a higher CO adsorption capacity but also improved CO/N_(2) selectivity in the samples.
