摘  要:目的石油与天然气在生产、存储、运输等过程中进行甲烷的动态监测与预警十分关键,现有的激光甲烷测量装置在测量甲烷体积分数时无法同时对其进行定位,研究设计了一种新型云定位激光甲烷测量平台以解决此问题。方法首先分析了激光甲烷检测及其定位原理,然后利用调谐半导体激光吸收光谱(TDLAS)技术完成新型云定位激光甲烷测量平台的软硬件设计,最后对测量平台进行了甲烷标气测试和定位现场测试。结果测量平台对不同柱密度值的甲烷标准气体测量的最大相对误差为3.6%,重复性相对标准偏差小于1.88%,经度和纬度最大误差分别为1″和2″,有效监测距离为150 m。结论新型云定位激光甲烷测量平台具有较好的准确性和稳定性,可以应用于燃气安全现场巡检。Objective The dynamic monitoring and early warning of methane in the process of oil and gas production,storage,transportation and so on is very important.The existing laser methane measurement devices can not simultaneously measure the volume fraction of methane and position it.A new cloud positioning laser methane measurement platform designed in this study can better solve this problem.Methods Firstly,the principle of laser methane detection and location were analyzed.Secondly,TDLAS technology was used to complete the overall design of a new cloud positioning laser methane measurement platform.Finally,the methane standard gas test and positioning field test were carried out through the measuring platform.Results The measurement results indicate that the maximum relative error of the measurement platform for column density values of methane standard gas is 3.5%,with a repeatability relative standard deviation of less than 1.88%.Additionally,the maximum errors in latitude and longitude are 1″and 2″,respectively,while the effective monitoring distance is 150 m.Conclusion The new cloud positioning laser methane measurement platform has good accuracy and stability,and can be applied to field inspection of gas safety.
