摘  要:瘤胃是反刍动物独特的消化器官,内部微生物群落结构丰富,可通过降解和发酵将难消化的饲粮分解为挥发性脂肪酸和其他营养物质,促进机体消化吸收。近年来,基于宏基因组学技术广泛开展了关于反刍动物瘤胃微生物的研究,已获得较为完整的瘤胃微生物群落结构,诠释了其在宿主体内的主要功能,这对于研究瘤胃微生物与宿主表型的联系至关重要,并且可以通过调控瘤胃微生物的组成来提高生长性能。文章综述了基于宏基因组学技术开展的瘤胃微生物在反刍动物碳水化合物、脂类、蛋白质等物质的消化吸收以及能量损失方面的研究进展,以期为瘤胃微生物在调控反刍动物消化吸收方面的进一步研究提供参考。The rumen is a unique digestive organ of ruminants,with a rich microbial community structure inside.It can decompose indigestible feed into volatile fatty acids and other nutrients through degradation and fermentation,promoting the digestion and absorption and of the body.In recent years,based on metagenomic technology,extensive research has been conducted on the rumen microbiota of ruminants,and a relatively complete structure of the rumen microbiota has been obtained.This has elucidated its main functions within the host,which is crucial for studying the connection between rumen microorganisms and host phenotypes.It is also possible to improve growth performance by regulating the composition of rumen microbiota.The article reviews the research progress of rumen microorganisms in the absorption and digestion of carbohydrates,lipids,proteins,and other substances in ruminant animals,as well as energy loss,based on metagenomic technology.It aims to provide a reference for further research on the role of rumen microorganisms in regulating the absorption and digestion of ruminants.
