摘 要:为了研究膛线类型对枪械射击性能的影响,开展矩形膛线和弧形膛线两种身管的有限元模型仿真,通过数值仿真与试验相结合的研究方法,分析膛线线型对弹头刻痕、应力、弹头姿态、身管受力的影响。通过对比矩形膛线和弧形膛线下的弹头以及身管受力分析,得到以下结论:弧形膛线下的子弹与矩形膛线下的子弹相比,其质心偏量更小,整体射击过程更加稳定;其子弹受到的应力以及应变都更小,线膛受到的磨损小,整体寿命有所提高;子弹射击初速更高,射击威力更大。该研究可对弹头的运动姿态和身管设计提供参考。In order to study the effect of rifling type on the firing performance of firearms,finite element model simulations of a rectangular rifling and a curved rifling are carried out.The influence of rifling type on the score,stress,attitude and force of the barrel is analyzed by combining numerical simulations and experiments.By comparing the projectile and barrel force analysis of the rectangular rifling and curved rifling,the following conclusions are obtained:compared with that in the rectangular rifling,the bullet engraving into the curved rifling has a smaller centroid deviation,and the whole firing process is more stable;the bullet is subjected to less stress and strain,the bore is subjected to less wear,and the overall life is improved;the bullet has a higher muzzle velocity and more power.The research can provide reference for the motion attitude and barrel design of the projectile.
