表演和怨恨刺激:当代西方民粹主义政党对青年的误导

摘　　要：民粹主义的重新抬头是近几年西方政坛引人注目的新动向,而青年群体是西方民粹主义政党崛起的重要支持力量。西方民粹主义政党对青年政治社会化产生严重的误导影响。在民粹主义政党的误导之下,西方青年逐渐呈现出政治认知单一化、政治态度激进化、政治参与极端化、政治信任低迷化与政治认同消极化等特征。民粹主义政党为误导青年,赢得青年选票,使用了表演与怨恨刺激的双重策略。一方面通过危机营造的舞台情景、形象塑造的演员设计、修辞煽动的台词表达与底层叙事的剧情脚本,以制造青年安全焦虑、唤起青年参与热情、迎合青年需求偏好、激起青年情感共鸣;另一方面通过对立建构、宣传阴谋与议题设置来激起、传染与发泄社会怨恨,以此误导青年的政治思维、政治情绪与社会舆论。西方青年民粹主义的兴起不可避免,但是民粹主义政党对青年的误导在未来能否有效持续仍有待观察。The resurgence of populism is a remarkable new trend in Western politics in recent years,and the youth group is an important supportive force for the rise of political parties.Western populist parties have had a seriously misleading influence on the political socialization of young people.Under the misguidance of populist parties,the Western youths gradually show political characteristics such as narrow political cognition,radical political attitudes,extreme political participation,low political trust and negative political identity.In order to mislead the youths and win the youth’s votes,populist parties use a dual strategy of performance and resentment.On the one hand,by creating a crisis through staged scenarios,shaping the image of actors,using provocative rhetoric,and crafting narrative scripts from the grassroots level,they create the safety anxiety among the young people,arouse their enthusiasm for participation,cater to their needs and preferences,and arouse their emotional resonance;on the other hand,it stirs up,spreads,and vents social resentment through constructing oppositions,promoting conspiracy theories,and setting agendas,thereby misleading young people's political thinking,emotions,and public opinion.The rise of youth populism in the West is inevitable,but it remains to be seen how populist parties can continue to mislead young people in the future.
