An Analysis of the Offensive and Defensive Abilities between China and Poland in the Semi-Finals of FIVB Women’s Volleyball Nations League 2023:A Comparative Analysis

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法和对比分析法等研究方法,对2023年世界女排联赛半决赛中国队VS波兰队的攻防能力进行比较分析。结果显示:中国队在年龄分布、克托莱指数和扣球、拦网高度方面具有优势;在进攻能力上,中国队在发球、扣球和拦网方面具备突出的技术实力,而波兰队则表现出强大的进攻性和活力;在防守能力上,波兰队表现得更为稳健,而中国队则需要在减少防守失误和提升接发球、保护球以及传球稳定性方面做出努力。建议:强化发球训练,提升进攻多样性,增强防守预判,优化一传与二传衔接,强化防守与拦网协作。This paper utilizes literature research method,video observation,and mathematical statistics to conduct a comparative analysis of the offensive and defensive abilities of the Chinese and Polish teams in the semi-finals of the FIVB Women's Volleyball Nations League 2023.The results reveal that the Chinese team holds advantages in terms of age distribution,Quetlet's Index,and spiking and blocking height.In terms of offensive capabilities,Team China demonstrates exceptional technical prowess in serving,spiking,and blocking,while the Polish team exhibits strong aggression and vitality.Regarding defensive capabilities,the Polish team displays a more solid performance,while Team China is advised to reduce defensive errors and focus on improving reception,ball protection,and passing stability.Recommendations include intensifying serving training,diversifying offensive strategies,enhancing defensive anticipation,optimizing the connection between first and second ball,and reinforcing defensive and blocking coordination.
