爱尔兰足球协会《2022—2025战略》的解读及启示

摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,探讨爱尔兰足球协会《2022—2025战略》的形成过程、使命架构及推动路径。研究发现:爱尔兰足球协会《2022—2025战略》的使命架构体现在以深化足球普及为本底逻辑、以优化培养路径为发展基础、以强化联赛发展为关键构成、以获得国际成功为核心导向等方面。爱尔兰足球协会《2022—2025战略》的推动路径为建设一流组织、拥抱数字技术、塑造可靠品牌和大力推动投资。结合我国目前足球发展现状,得出以下启示:顺势而为,精准把握数字化发展新机遇;内外兼修,深入推进足协铸造一流队伍;博采众长,制定效绩指标推进动态管理;日臻完善,持续优化后备人才培养路径。This study utilizes literature research method and logical analysis to study the formation process,mission framework and driving path of the Strategy 2022-2025 of Football Association of Ireland(FAI).The findings of this study reveal that the mission framework of the FAI Strategy 2022-2025 is reflected in several key aspects.Firstly,it emphasizes the deepening of football popularization as its fundamental objective.Secondly,it aims to optimize the development pathway by enhancing the training process.Thirdly,it places great importance on strengthening league development as a crucial component.Finally,it prioritizes the pursuit of international success as a core directive.The driving path outlined in FAI Strategy 2022-2025 involves three main strategies:building a first-class organization,embracing digital technology,and shaping a reliable brand to drive investment.Considering the current state of football development in our country,there are key insights to be gained from this strategy.It is essential to capitalize on the opportunities presented by digital development and adapt to the changing landscape.Additionally,efforts should be made to enhance the Football Association and cultivate a top-tier team.Drawing from the strengths and experiences of others,establishing performance indicators can guide dynamic management.Lastly,a continuous focus should be placed on refining and optimizing the pathway for nurturing young talent.
