摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对国民体质监测向科学健身指导转型的价值、问题与路径进行探讨。研究认为:国民体质监测向科学健身指导转型有助于提升国民健康水平、推动全民健身事业发展、优化资源配置、促进经济发展、提升国际竞争力。然而,国民体质监测向科学健身指导转型过程中仍存在国民对科学健身认识不足、体育民生实事项目不足、制度体系不健全、监测与指导未形成闭环、社会体育指导员覆盖不全等问题。为推动国民体质监测向科学健身指导转型,提出加大科学健身知识宣传、推进体育民生实事项目建设、健全制度体系、打造监测与指导闭环、加强社会体育指导员队伍建设等路径。This study explores the value,issues,and pathways of transforming national physical fitness monitoring into scientific fitness guidance,using literature research method and logical analysis.The findings of this study indicate that the transformation of national physical fitness monitoring into scientific fitness guidance contributes to improving the health level of the population,promoting the development of national fitness,optimizing resource allocation,promoting economic development,and enhancing national competitiveness.However,during the process of this transformation,there are still issues such as insufficient understanding of scientific fitness among the population,a lack of sports-related livelihood projects,an incomplete institutional system,a lack of closed-loop monitoring and guidance,and inadequate coverage of social sports instructors.To promote the transformation of national physical fitness monitoring into scientific fitness guidance,it is proposed to increase the promotion of scientific fitness knowledge,advance the construction of sports-related livelihood projects,improve the institutional system,establish a closed-loop monitoring and guidance system,and strengthen the workforce of social sports instructors.
