摘 要:本文基于用户适应应对模型(CMUA),采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,以校园跑为例,探讨大学生应对数字媒体锻炼行为干预的策略。结果显示:大学生应对校园跑的策略主要受其感知机会、感知威胁及感知控制的影响,且感知控制不仅直接影响策略选择,还通过与感知机会或感知威胁的交互作用进一步调节个体的应对策略。建议:提升学生的感知控制,减少学生的感知威胁,根据性别差异设计干预措施。This study,based on the Coping Model of User Adaptation(CMUA),adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey,and mathematical statistics,examines strategies of college students in coping with digital media exercise behavior intervention,with campus running as an example.The results indicate that the strategies of college students in coping with campus running are mainly influenced by their perceived opportunities,perceived threats,and perceived control.Moreover,perceived control not only directly affects the selection of strategies but also further regulates the individual's coping strategies through the interaction with the perception of opportunity or threat.Suggestions are put forward including enhancing students' perceived control,reducing students' perceived threat,and designing intervention measures in accordance with gender differences.
