乡村振兴背景下广西少数民族传统体育传承的机遇、挑战与策略

摘　　要：广西少数民族传统体育伴随着场域环境的转变,面临着严峻的传承困境,而乡村振兴既为传统体育传承提供了机遇,同时也带来了诸多挑战,抓住机遇、应时创新成为广西少数民族传统体育实现健康传承的关键所在。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,立足于乡村振兴的政策要求与区域规划,探讨广西少数民族传统体育传承工作面临的机遇和挑战,并提出传承策略。研究认为,广西少数民族传统体育传承工作面临的机遇为:经济振兴突显传统体育资源价值、文化建设推动传统体育创新发展、环境建设彰显传统体育教化功能、为旅游与媒体提供良好外在条件。广西少数民族传统体育传承工作面临的挑战为:不合理商业化造成传统体育变异、后续人才流失造成传统体育断层、总体谋划不足造成传统体育滞后。据此,提出传承策略:统一谋划传统体育发展方案,提升传承层次;努力重构传统体育传承场域,营造传承氛围;积极扶持传统体育人员就业,培养后续人才;加强与优秀公司之间的合作,探索商业项目。The inheritance of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Guangxi faces severe challenges due to changes in the field environment.However,rural revitalization provides both opportunities and challenges for the inheritance of traditional sports.Seizing opportunities and promoting innovation in a timely manner becomes the key to achieving healthy inheritance of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Guangxi.This study adopts literature research method and logical analysis,based on the policy requirements and regional planning of rural revitalization,to explore the opportunities and challenges faced by the inheritance of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Guangxi and propose inheritance strategies.The study finds that the opportunities for the inheritance of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Guangxi include the value of traditional sports resources highlighted by economic revitalization,the promotion of traditional sports innovation through cultural development,the manifestation of traditional sports' educational function through environmental construction,and the provision of favorable external conditions for tourism and media.The challenges faced by the inheritance of traditional sports of ethnic minorities in Guangxi include the distortion of traditional sports caused by unreasonable commercialization,the interruption of traditional sports inheritance due to the loss of talent,and the lagging behind of traditional sports due to inadequate overall planning.Based on this,the study proposes the following inheritance strategies:unified planning of traditional sports development,elevation of inheritance levels;efforts to reconstruct the field of traditional sports inheritance and create an inheritance atmosphere;active support for employment of traditional sports personnel and cultivation of successor talents;enhanced cooperation with excellent companies to explore commercial projects.
