综合化与效率化:新时代农村公共体育场地设施服务供给的创新策略

摘　　要：农村公共体育发展对于体育强国、健康中国建设具有重要意义。以文献资料、逻辑分析研究方法对农村公共体育场地设施供给现状展开分析。结果发现,我国农村公共体育场地设施服务在财政资金投入、场地设施数量、活动组织形式和产业融合等方面获得较好发展,但也存在供需失衡、利用效率不高、农民需求表达机制不健全等困境。基于综合化与效率化的原则,提出农村公共体育服务供给的创新之策,即完善多方参与决策机制、优化资源合理配置、提升资源利用效率、畅通体育需求表达渠道和精细化供给公共体育服务等。The development of rural public sports is of great significance to the construction of a sports power and a healthy China.This paper analyzes the current supply situation of rural public sports venues and facilities using literature and logical analysis and research methods.The results show that China's rural public sports venues and facilities have achieved good development in terms of financial investment,number of venues and facilities,activity organization forms and industrial integration,but there are also difficulties such as imbalance between supply and demand,low utilization efficiency,and imperfect mechanism for expressing farmers'needs.Based on the principles of integration and efficiency,innovative strategies for the supply of rural public sports services are proposed.Specifically,it is supposed to improve the decision-making mechanism of multi-Party participation,optimize the rational allocation of resources,improve resource utilization efficiency,smooth channels for expressing sports needs,and refine the supply of public sports services.
