新农科背景下农业高校学生专业认同提升路径研究

摘　　要：在新农科背景下,探讨农业高校学生专业认同提升路径,有助于提升学生学农、爱农、服务“三农”的内在意识,强化乡村振兴人才支撑。目前的农业高校学生专业认同的提升困点在于价值引领、社会认知、自我定位、课程学习4个方面。农业高校应从认知、情感、行动3个维度,依托课堂引领、文化育人、视野拓宽、实践巩固4种手段,提升学生专业认同,增强学生“知农、爱农、为农”意愿度,助力乡村振兴战略。In the context of new agricultural science,exploring ways to improve the professional identity of agricultural college students will help enhance students'inner awareness of learning,loving agriculture,and serving"agriculture,rural areas and farmers",and strengthen talent support for rural revitalization.The current difficulties in improving the professional identity of agricultural college students lie in four aspects:value guidance,social awareness,self-positioning,and course learning.Agricultural colleges and universities should rely on the three dimensions of cognition,emotion and action,and rely on the four means of classroom guidance,cultural education,broadening vision,and consolidation of practice to enhance students'professional identity and enhance students'willingness to"know,love,and serve agriculture",so as to promote rural revitalization strategies.
