济南市乡村人才支撑体系构建与策略探索

摘　　要：乡村振兴战略是新时代“三农”工作的总抓手,其核心在于通过乡村全面振兴推动中国农村的全面发展。人才振兴作为乡村振兴的关键环节,对于提升乡村治理能力、推动乡村产业升级以及激发乡村内生动力具有重要意义。该文以济南市为例,深入分析乡村人才振兴所面临的现实挑战,提出基于人力资源理论和区域经济发展理论的乡村振兴人才支撑体系与策略。该研究旨在促进乡村人才振兴,为全面推进乡村振兴战略提供有益的借鉴和参考。The Rural Revitalization Strategy is the general starting point for the work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in the new era.Its core lies in promoting the comprehensive development of China's rural areas through comprehensive revitalization.As a key link in rural revitalization,talent revitalization is of great significance for improving rural governance capabilities,promoting rural industrial upgrading,and stimulating rural endogenous motivation.Taking Jinan City as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the practical challenges faced by rural talent revitalization,and proposes a talent support system and strategies for rural revitalization based on human resources theory and regional economic development theory.This study aims to promote the revitalization of rural talents and provide useful reference for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization strategies.
