摘　　要：本文以2023年7月20日至7月23日的北京市降雨为例,对发布暴雨预警前后北京市两地位置流量的数据进行研究,综合分析与对比暴雨预警和日常时段人群出行情况,探索暴雨预警对城市居民出行和游玩的影响,初步评估预警信息的有效性。同时,本文提出了加强数据研究分析和预警信息发布能力建设的建议。Taking the rainfall in Beijing from July 20 to July 23,2023 as an example,through the data research on the location flow of two places in rainstorm before and after the issuance of the rainstorm early warning,the comprehensive analysis and comparison of the rainstorm early warning and the daily crowd travel,the exploration of the impact of rainstorm early warning on urban residents'travel and play,and the preliminary assessment of the effectiveness of the early warning information.Propose suggestions to strengthen the research and analysis of data and the construction of early warning information dissemination capabilities.
