摘  要:受综合科学技术快速发展和医工协同创新推动,催生医学模式变革,高定义医学可能成为诠释面向个体全生命周期精准实施监测、预防、诊断、治疗、康复、健康管理等系列干预的又一新医学模式。本述评在回顾医学模式演进过程的基础上,同时引入医疗健康工程观点,讨论高定义医学的内涵及其将对医学发展产生的影响和医学装备技术的赋能作用与医疗健康技术管理响应策略。Driven by the rapid development of comprehensive science and technology and collaborative innovation between medicine and engineering,promote the transformation of healthcare modes.High-definition medicine may become a new healthcare mode that interprets the precise implementation of monitoring,prevention,diagnosis,treatment,rehabilitation,health management,and other interventions throughout the life cycle starting from individual birth.On the basis of reviewing the evolution of medical modes,this article introduces the perspective of healthcare engineering,discusses the connotation of high-definition medicine and its impact on medical development,as well as the empowering role of medical equipment and healthcare technology management response.
