摘 要:麻醉机是临床开展患者麻醉的重要辅助设备,医生和工程人员应积极掌握麻醉设备的关键技术进展,应对设备使用中的故障和风险问题。总结、分析麻醉设备自动检测、低流量、目标控制、深度预测、肺保护及静吸复合等麻醉技术关键技术的临床进展和应用趋势,并针对麻醉设备的常见故障,结合维修实例,探讨软硬件结合的故障分析思路、维修策略制定和故障排除方法,为医疗机构医生和工程人员提供参考,提高医疗保障质量。Anesthesia machines are important auxiliary equipment for clinical anesthesia.Doctors and engineers should actively grasp the key technical progress in anesthesia equipment and deal with the problems and risks associated with its use.To summarize and analyze the clinical progress and application trends of key anesthesia technologies,such as automatic detection of anesthesia equipment,low flow,target control,depth prediction,lung protection and the combination of static and inhalation anesthesia,and to discuss thinking of fault analysis,formulation of maintenance strategy,and troubleshooting methods by combining hardware and software based on common faults of anesthesia equipment and maintenance examples.The aim is to provide thinking for reducing the workload and improve the quality of medical care of medical institutions,and to provide partial guidance for doctors and engineers working in medical institutions.
