摘　　要：目的:探究左氧氟沙星联合头孢曲松钠治疗肺部感染的效果。方法:选取苏州明基医院2019年1月—2023年10月收治的134例肺部感染患者为研究对象,随机分为联合组和对照组,每组67例。对照组给予头孢曲松钠治疗,联合组在对照组基础上联合左氧氟沙星治疗。对比两组临床疗效、症状消失时间、炎性反应情况及不良反应发生率。结果:联合组治疗总有效率(97.01%)高于对照组(86.57%)(P=0.028);联合组咳嗽、发热、肺啰音及喘鸣音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.001);干预后,两组降钙素原、C反应蛋白及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平降低,联合组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:左氧氟沙星联合头孢曲松钠治疗肺部感染的效果较好,在缩短症状消失时间和减轻炎性反应方面具有重要作用,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the effect of levofloxacin combined with ceftriaxone sodium in the treatment of pulmonary infection.Methods:A total of one hundred and thirty-four patients with pulmonary infection admitted to Suzhou Mingji Hospital from January 2019 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into combination group and control group,with sixty-seven patients in each group.The control group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium and the combined group was treated with levofloxacin on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,time of symptom disappearance,inflammatory reaction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of combination group(97.01%)was higher than that of control group(86.57%)(P=0.028);the disappearance time of cough,fever,lung rales and wheeze in combination group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.001);after intervention,the levels of procalcitonin,Creactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αwere decreased in two groups,and those in combination group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Levofloxacin combined with ceftriaxone sodium is effective in the treatment of pulmonary infection,and plays an important role in shortening the time of symptom disappearance and alleviating inflammatory response,with high safety.
