摘　　要：目的:分析可透视复位器与闭合复位骨针微创内固定术治疗跟骨粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法:选取惠州市恵州恵康医院2020年1月—2023年12月收治的70例跟骨粉碎性骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组采用传统切开复位内固定术治疗,观察组采用可透视复位与闭合复位骨针微创内固定术治疗。对比两组Bohler角、Gissane角、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、美国足与踝关节协会(AOFAS)踝与后足功能评分及并发症发生率。结果:术后6个月,两组Bohler角、Gissane角减小,观察组小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、骨折愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.001);术后1个月,两组AOFAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后12个月,两组AOFAS评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:可透视复位器与闭合复位骨针微创内固定术能够促进跟骨粉碎性骨折患者恢复,并发症少。Objective:To analyze the clinical effects of fluoroscopic reducers and closed reduction spicles in the treatment of comminuted calcaneal fracture.Methods:Seventy patients with comminced calcaneal fracture admitted to Huizhou City Huizhou Huikang Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with thirty-five cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation,and the observation group was treated with fluoroscopic reduction and closed reduction with minimally invasive internal fixation.Bohler angle,Gissane angle,length of hospital stay,fracture healing time,American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)ankle and hindfoot function scores and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:At 6 months after operation,Bohler angle and Gissane angle decreased in both groups,and the observation group was smaller than the control group(P<0.05);the length of hospital stay and fracture healing time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.001);one month after surgery,there was no significant difference in AOFAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);at 12 months after operation,the AOFAS score of both groups was increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive internal fixation with fluoroscopic reducers and closed reduction spicles can promote the recovery of patients with comminuted calcaneal fractures with fewer complications.
