摘  要:目的:分析滤除白细胞输血技术在临床输血中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月于滨州市第二人民医院进行输血治疗的患者78例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组39例。对照组接受常规输血治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用滤除白细胞技术。比较两组临床指标、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组血红蛋白、血小板、白细胞、体温升值、凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原水平低于对照组,活化部分凝血活酶时间长于对照组(P<0.001);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P=0.042)。结论:滤除白细胞输血技术在临床输血治疗中的应用效果较好,能够有效去除血液中的白细胞,降低白细胞水平及不良反应发生率,确保输血安全。Objective:To analyze the application effect of leukocyte filtering transfusion technique in clinical blood transfusion.Methods:Seventy-eight patients who underwent blood transfusion treatment in Binzhou Second People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using the random number table method,with thirty-nine cases in each group.The control group received conventional blood transfusion treatment,and the observation group used leukocyte filtering technique on the basis of the control group.Compared the clinical indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups.Results:Hemoglobin,platelet,leukocyte,temperature rise,prothrombin time,fibrinogen levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the activated partial thromboplastin time was longer than that of the control group(P<0.001);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P=0.042).Conclusion:The application of leukocyte filtering transfusion technology in clinical blood transfusion therapy is effective in removing leukocytes from blood,reducing the leukocyte level and the incidence of adverse reactions,and ensuring the safety of blood transfusion.
