甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠对重症过敏性休克患者不良反应及临床疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠对重症过敏性休克患者不良反应及临床疗效的影响。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年10月张家港市第一人民医院收治的80例重症过敏性休克患者为研究对象,使用随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各40例。在常规急救治疗的基础上,对照组行肾上腺素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗。对比两组康复指标、临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果:观察组呼吸恢复正常时间、心率恢复正常时间、血压恢复正常时间、意识恢复时间、皮疹消失时间均短于对照组(P<0.001);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.023);两组不良反应总发生率对比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:肾上腺素联合甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗可以进一步加快重症过敏性休克患者的康复进程,提高治疗效果,且不会增加用药风险。Objective:To analyze the effects of methylprednisolone sodium succinate on adverse reactions and clinical efficacy in patients with severe anaphylactic shock.Methods:A total of eighty patients with severe anaphylactic shock admitted to Zhangjiagang First People's Hospital from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with forty cases in each group.On the basis of routine emergency treatment,the control group was treated with adrenaline,and the observation group was treated with methylprednisolone sodium succinate on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation indexes,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The respiratory recovery time,heart rate recovery time,blood pressure recovery time,consciousness recovery time and rash disappearance time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.001);the total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.023);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Treatment with epinephrine combined with methylprednisolone sodium succinate can further accelerate the recovery process of patients with severe anaphylactic shock,improve the therapeutic effect,and do not increase the risk of medication.
