加味苓桂术甘汤联合利尿合剂治疗慢性肺心病合并左心衰竭效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析加味苓桂术甘汤联合利尿合剂治疗慢性肺心病合并左心衰竭的效果。方法:选取遵义市中医院2021年11月—2024年3月肺心病合并左心衰竭患者68例为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为参照组与试验组,各34例。参照组接受利尿合剂治疗,试验组在参照组基础上联合加味苓桂术甘汤治疗。比较两组N末端B型利钠肽前体(NTproBNP)水平及证候积分、临床疗效。结果:干预前,两组NT-proBNP水平、证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组NT-proBNP水平、证候积分均低于干预前,试验组低于参照组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P=0.024)。结论:加味苓桂术甘汤联合利尿合剂有助于减轻慢性肺心病合并左心衰竭患者的临床症状,降低NT-proBNP水平。Objective:To analyze the effect of modified Linggui Zhugan decoction combined with diuretic mixture in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease combined with left heart failure.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with pulmonary heart disease combined with left heart failure in Zunyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the reference group and the experimental group,each with thirty-four cases,by random number table method.The reference group was treated with diuretic mixture,and the experimental group was treated with modified Linggui Zhugan decoction on the basis of the reference group.The levels of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),symptom score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the NT-proBNP level and symptom score of the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the NT-proBNP levels and symptom score of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05);and the overall effective rate of the treatment of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P=0.024).Conclusion:Modified Linggui Zhugan decoction combined with diuretic mixture helps to reduce clinical symptoms and NT-proBNP levels in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease combined with left heart failure.
