摘　　要：目的:探究桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗心悸的效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2023年12月在广州体育学院门诊部中医内科接受心悸治疗的患者共60例,采用随机分组法将患者分对照组、观察组,分别为30例。对照组给予丹参滴丸联合美托洛尔治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、中医证候积分、心理状态、心功能、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.002);治疗后,两组心悸、胸闷、气短、乏力评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组左心室收缩末期容积、左心室舒张末期容积、左室射血分数水平升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P=0.022)。结论:丹参滴丸、美托洛尔联合桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎汤治疗心悸的效果较好,能够改善临床症状及不良情绪,提高心功能,减少不良反应。Objective:To explore the effect of Guizhi Gancao Longgu oyster soup on palpitation.Methods:A total of sixty patients who received palpitation treatment in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine Internal Medicine,Department of Outpatient,Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with thirty cases respectively.The control group was treated with Danshen dropping pills combined with metoprolol,and the observation group was treated with Guizhi Gancao Longgu oyster soup on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,mental state,heart function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.002);after treatment,the scores of palpitations,chest tightness,shortness of breath,and fatigue decreased in both groups,with the observation group lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of left ventricular end-systolic volume,left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular ejection fraction in two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.022).Conclusion:Danshen dropping pill,metoprolol combined with Guizhi Gancao Longgu oyster soup has a good effect on the treatment of palpitation,which can improve clinical symptoms and adverse emotions,improve heart function and reduce adverse reactions.
