基于营养风险筛查的个性化营养方案结合术后专科护理对肾移植患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于营养风险筛查的个性化营养方案结合术后专科护理对肾移植患者营养状况、肾功能的影响。方法:选取贵州医科大学附属医院器官移植科2023年3月—2024年4月收治的肾移植患者102例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(52例)。对照组实施术后专科护理,观察组实施基于营养风险筛查的个性化营养方案结合术后专科护理。对比两组营养状态及肾功能。结果:出院时、出院2个月后,两组血清前白蛋白、白蛋白、血红蛋白及铁含量水平升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);出院2个月后,观察组血清肌酐、血尿素氮水平低于对照组,肾小球滤过率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于营养风险筛查的个性化营养方案结合术后专科护理可改善肾移植患者术后的营养状态及肾功能,值得临床应用。Objective:To explore the effects of individualized nutrition program based on nutritional risk screening combined with postoperative specialized nursing on nutritional status and renal function of renal transplantation patients.Methods:A total of one hundred and two kidney transplant patients admitted to the Department of Organ Transplantation of the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from March 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(52 cases).The control group received postoperative specialized nursing,and the observation group received individualized nutrition program based on nutritional risk screening combined with postoperative specialized nursing.Nutritional status and renal function were compared between the two groups.Results:At discharge and 2 months after discharge,serum prealbumin,albumin,hemoglobin and iron contents in two groups were increased,and those in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);two months after discharge,the levels of serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the glomerular filtration rate was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized nutrition program based on nutritional risk screening combined with postoperative specialized nursing can improve the nutritional status and renal function of renal transplantation patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
