摘　　要：目的:探讨整体护理干预对活体亲属肾移植供者的影响。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年6月贵州医科大学附属医院收治的活体亲属肾移植供者60例为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施整体护理干预。比较两组护理依从性、自我护理能力和护理满意度。结果:研究组护理依从性高于对照组(P=0.044);护理后,两组自我概念、健康知识水平、自护责任感、自我护理技能得分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P=0.025)。结论:整体护理干预可以提高活体亲属肾移植供者的依从性、自我护理能力及满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of holistic nursing intervention on living relative kidney transplant donors.Methods:Sixty living relative kidney transplant donors admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received holistic nursing intervention.Nursing compliance,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.044);after nursing,the scores of self-concept,health knowledge level,self-care responsibility and self-care skill in both groups were higher than before nursing,and those in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of study group was higher than that of control group(P=0.025).Conclusion:Holistic nursing intervention can improve the compliance,self-care ability and satisfaction of living relative kidney transplant donors.
