四子散烫熨八髎穴在肛肠疾病术后护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨四子散烫熨八髎穴在肛肠疾病术后护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年10月—2023年10月昆明市中医医院收治的肛肠外科术后患者82例,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组41例。对照组术后采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上联合四子散烫熨八髎穴干预。比较两组视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分、并发症发生率、手术相关指标水平及护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后4 d、1周、2周,两组VAS评分低于护理前,试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.002)。试验组住院时间、伤口愈合时间、首次排气时间均短于对照组(P<0.001)。试验组护理总满意度高于对照组(P=0.001)。结论:四子散烫熨八髎穴在肛肠疾病术后患者中的护理效果较好,能够缓解疼痛,减少术后并发症,促进术后恢复,提高患者的护理满意度。Objective:To investigate the application effect of Sizisan scalding and ironing Baliao points in the postoperative care of anal and intestinal diseases.Methods:Eighty-two postoperative anal and intestinal surgery patients admitted to Kunming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with forty-one cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing care after surgery,and the experimental group combined with the intervention of Sizisan scalding and ironing of the Baliao points on the basis of the control group.The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,complication rates,levels of surgery-related indexes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing care,there was no statistically significant difference in the VAS scores of the two groups(P>0.05);4 d,1 week and 2 weeks after nursing care,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing care,and the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P=0.002).The hospitalization time,healing time,and the time of the first exhaustion were shorter in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.001).The total satisfaction of nursing care in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.001).Conclusion:The nursing effect of Sizisan scalding and ironing of the Baliao points in postoperative patients with anal and intestinal diseases is better,which can relieve pain,reduce postoperative complications,promote postoperative recovery,and improve the patients'nursing satisfaction.
