摘  要:目的:探讨脑电图检查早期诊断小儿病毒性脑炎的价值。方法:选取2021年7月—2024年7月喀什地区第一人民医院收治的70例疑似病毒性脑炎患儿为研究对象,均采取脑电图检查与磁共振成像检查,以腰椎穿刺化验脑脊液检查结果为“金标准”,对比脑电图与磁共振成像检查的诊断效能。结果:腰椎穿刺化验脑脊液确诊阳性50例,阴性20例。脑电图检查灵敏度、准确度高于磁共振成像检查(P<0.05);脑电图与磁共振成像检查特异度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:相比于磁共振成像,脑电图诊断小儿病毒性脑炎的灵敏度、准确度较高,能够为疾病的早期治疗提供有利帮助,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the value of electroencephalogram in early diagnosis of viral encephalitis in children.Methods:A total of seventy children with suspected viral encephalitis admitted to Kashgar Prefecture First People's Hospital from July 2021 to July 2024 were selected as the study objects,and all of them were examined by electroencephalogram and magnetic resonance imaging.The results of lumbar puncture examination of cerebrospinal fluid were used as the"gold standard"to compare the diagnostic efficacy of electroencephalogram and magnetic resonance imaging.Results:Cerebrospinal fluid testing by lumbar puncture confirmed positive 50 cases,negative 20 cases.The sensitivity and accuracy of electroencephalogram were higher than those of magnetic resonance imaging(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between electroencephalogram and magnetic resonance imaging(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with magnetic resonance imaging,electroencephalogram has higher sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of viral encephalitis in children,which can provide beneficial help for the early treatment of the disease,and is worthy of clinical application.
