摘　　要：目的:研究品管圈在降低镇江市第一人民医院药品调配差错率中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年5月16—31日(品管圈管理措施实施前)镇江市第一人民医院病区药房开具的处方131571张,以及2015年6月1—15日(品管圈管理措施实施后)本院病区药房开具的处方138146张,进行回顾性分析。所有处方均由病区药房6名工作人员进行调配及发放。比较实施前后药品调配差错率、工作人员无形成果评分。结果:实施后药品调配差错率低于实施前(P=0.038);实施后工作人员无形成果各项目评分及总分均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈管理能够有效降低病区药房药品调配差错率,提高药房工作人员的能力。Objective:To study the application effect of quality control circle in reducing drug dispensing error rate in Zhenjiang First People's Hospital.Methods:131571 prescriptions issued by the pharmacy in the ward of Zhenjiang First People's Hospital from May 16 to 31,2015(before the implementation of quality control circle management measures),and 138146 prescriptions issued by the pharmacy in the ward of Zhenjiang First People's Hospital from June 1 to 15,2015(after the implementation of quality control circle management measures)were selected for retrospective analysis.All prescriptions were dispensed and delivered by six staff in the ward pharmacy.The drug dispensing error rate and staff intangible achievement score were compared before and after implementation.Results:The drug dispensing error rate after implementation was lower than before implementation(P=0.038);after implementation,the scores and total scores of all intangible achievements were higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality control circle management can effectively reduce the drug dispensing error rate and improve the ability of pharmacy staff.
