摘　　要：目的:探讨风险管理在静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)工作中的应用效果。方法:回顾性选取2020年3月—2021年3月实施常规管理期间PIVAS调配输液药品3000份(实施前),另选取2021年4月—2022年4月实施风险管理期间PIVAS调配输液药品3000份(实施后)。比较实施前后差错率、管理质量评分、工作人员综合素质评分。结果:实施后贴签、摆药、退药、调配、复核环节总差错率低于实施前(P<0.001);实施后调配安全、基础工作、风险管理意识、清洁消毒评分均高于实施前(P<0.001);实施后工作人员凝聚、执行、沟通、解决问题评分均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论:风险管理在PIVAS中的应用效果较好,能够降低贴签、摆药、退药、调配、复核环节差错率,提高管理质量,进而提高工作人员的综合素质。Objective:To explore the application effect of risk management in pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS).Methods:Three thousand PIVAS dispensing infusion drugs were retrospectively selected during the implementation of routine management from March 2020 to March 2021(before implementation),and another three thousand PIVAS dispensing infusion drugs during the implementation of risk management from April 2021 to April 2022(after implementation).The error rate,management quality score and staff comprehensive quality score were compared before and after implementation.Results:The total error rate of labeling,dispensing,returning,dispensing and reviewing after implementation was lower than that before implementation(P<0.001);the scores of safety,basic work,risk management awareness and cleaning and disinfection after implementation were higher than those before implementation(P<0.001);after implementation,the scores of staff cohesion,implementation,communication and problem solving were higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of risk management in PIVAS is good,which can reduce the error rate of labeling,dispensing,returning,dispensing and reviewing,improve the management quality,and then improve the comprehensive quality of staff.
