水合氯醛联合咪达唑仑治疗急诊惊厥患儿的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨水合氯醛联合咪达唑仑治疗急诊惊厥患儿的临床效果。方法:选取东莞市第八人民医院2021年2月—2023年2月收治的60例急诊惊厥患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用咪达唑仑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合水合氯醛治疗。对比两组临床疗效、症状消失时间、脑电图异常情况及不良反应发生率。结果:两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组退热、惊厥消失时间短于对照组(P<0.001);观察组脑电图正常率高于对照组(P=0.030)。结论:在小儿惊厥急诊治疗中,应用水合氯醛联合咪达唑仑治疗可快速控制惊厥症状,促使脑电图恢复正常,安全性较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of chloral hydrate combined with midazolam in the treatment of children with emergency convulsions.Methods:Sixty cases of children with emergency convulsions admitted to Dongguan Eighth People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected for the study and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each with thirty cases.The control group was treated with midazolam,and the observation group was treated with chloral hydrate on the basis of the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time,EEG abnormality and incidence of adverse reactions.Results:Comparison of clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the time of fever reduction and disappearance of convulsions in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.001);the normal rate of EEG in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.030).Conclusion:In the emergency treatment of pediatric convulsions,the application of chloral hydrate combined with midazolam treatment can rapidly control the symptoms of convulsions and promote the recovery of normal electroencephalogram,with high safety.
