氟康唑片联合克霉唑阴道片治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究氟康唑联合克霉唑阴道片治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法:选取2022年11月—2023年11月山东平度市妇幼保健院收治的80例念珠菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象,运用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用氟康唑片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合克霉唑阴道片治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎性因子水平和激素水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.025);治疗后,两组C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组卵泡刺激素、促黄体生成素水平降低,雌二醇水平升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氟康唑片联合克霉唑阴道片治疗念珠菌性阴道炎的临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者炎性指标和激素水平。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of fluconazole combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablets in the treatment of candidal vaginitis.Methods:Eighty cases of candida vaginitis patients admitted to Shandong Pingdu Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group,each with forty cases,using the random number table method.The control group was treated with fluconazole tablets,and the observation group was treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor level and hormone level of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P=0.025);after treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 were reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone decreased and the level of estradiol increased in both groups,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of fluconazole tablets combined with clotrimazole vaginal tablets in the treatment of candida vaginitis is remarkable,and it can effectively improve the patients'inflammatory indexes and hormone levels.
