封闭负压引流联合局部皮瓣修复在压疮患者中的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析封闭负压引流联合局部皮瓣修复在压疮患者临床治疗干预中的可行性。方法:选择联勤保障部队第九九一医院2018年12月—2023年12月收治的86例压疮患者,随机分为对照组(单纯采取局部皮瓣修复干预)和观察组(封闭负压引流联合局部皮瓣修复干预),各43例。比较两组临床疗效及相关指标差异。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.029)。观察组换药次数少于对照组,抗感染治疗时长短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后4、7、12 d,两组视觉模拟评分法评分低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:封闭负压引流联合局部皮瓣修复技术在压疮患者临床治疗干预中的效果显著,有助于减少换药次数,缩短抗感染治疗时长,缓解疼痛。Objective:To analyze the feasibility of closed negative pressure drainage combined with local skin flap repair in the clinical treatment of patients with pressure sore.Methods:A total of eighty-six patients with pressure sore admitted to Joint Logistic Support Force 991st Hospital from December 2018 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group(local skin flap repair intervention alone)and observation group(closed negative pressure drainage combined with local skin flap repair intervention),with forty-three cases in each group.The clinical efficacy and related indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.029);the frequency of dressing change in observation group was less than that in control group,and the duration of anti-infection treatment was longer than that in control group(P<0.05);at 4,7 and 12 days after treatment,the score of visual analogue score in both groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The closed negative pressure drainage combined with local flap repair technique has a significant effect in the clinical treatment intervention of pressure sore patients,which helps to reduce the number of dressing changes,shorten the duration of anti-infection treatment,and relieve pain.
