低频脉冲电联合耳穴压豆缓解剖宫产术后宫缩痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨低频脉冲电联合耳穴压豆缓解剖宫产术后宫缩痛的效果。方法:选取韶关市妇幼保健院2020年1月—2023年1月收治的75例剖宫产术后宫缩痛患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=37)和研究组(n=38)。在常规治疗基础上,对照组采取低频脉冲电疗法,研究组采取低频脉冲电联合耳穴压豆治疗。对比两组疼痛情况、疼痛发作次数和持续时间、心理状态和生活质量。结果:治疗12、24、48 h后,两组视觉模拟评分法评分均逐渐降低,且研究组不同时间点评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组疼痛发作次数少于对照组,疼痛持续时间短于对照组(P<0.001);治疗后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分降低,生活质量综合评定问卷评分升高,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:低频脉冲电联合耳穴压豆能有效缓解剖宫产术后宫缩痛程度,减少发作次数和持续时间,改善产妇心理情绪及生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of low-frequency pulsed electricity combined with auricular point pressure beans to relieve postoperative uterine contraction pain after caesarean section.Methods:Seventy-five patients with postoperative uterine contraction pain after cesarean section admitted to Shaoguan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group(n=37)and the study group(n=38)by using the random number table method.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with low-frequency pulsed electricity,and the study group was treated with low-frequency pulsed electricity combined with auricular point pressure beans.The two groups were compared in terms of pain,number and duration of pain episodes,psychological status and quality of life.Results:After 12,24 and 48 h of treatment,the scores of visual analogue scoring method gradually decreased in both groups,and the scores of the study group at different times were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the number of pain episodes in the study group was less than that of the control group,and the duration of pain was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.001);after treatment,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale scores of the two groups decreased,and the score of the Comprehensive Assessment of Quality of Life Questionnaire increased,and the study group was better than thecontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Low-frequency pulsed electricity combined with auricular point pressure beans can effectively alleviate the degree of post-cesarean section uterine contraction pain,reduce the number of episodes and duration,and improve the maternal psychological mood and quality of life.
