痰热清注射液联合罗红霉素片在支原体感染患者中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察痰热清注射液联合罗红霉素片治疗支原体感染的临床效果。方法:选取2023年11月—2024年10月河源市龙川县中医院收治的60例支原体感染患者为研究对象,采用随机抽签法分为对照组(采用罗红霉素片治疗)和试验组(在对照组基础上联合痰热清注射液治疗),各30例。对比两组治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、复诊率、舒适程度及生活质量。结果:试验组治疗有效率高于对照组(P=0.002);试验组发热、咳嗽、咽痛、流涕消失时间均短于对照组,复诊率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组生理、心理、精神、社会文化、环境评分均升高,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组各维度生活质量评分均升高,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液联合罗红霉素片治疗支原体感染的效果显著,能够促进临床症状消失,降低复诊率,提高舒适程度和生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection combined with roxithromycin tablet in the treatment of mycoplasma infection.Methods:A total of sixty patients with mycoplasma infection treated in Heyuan Longchuan County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(treated with roxithromycin tablets)and experimental group(treated with Tanreqing injection on the basis of control group)by random drawing method,with thirty cases in each group.The therapeutic effect,time of clinical symptom disappearance,return rate,comfort level and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P=0.002);the disappearance time of fever,cough,sore throat and runny nose in experimental group was shorter than that in control group,and the return visit rate was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the physiological,psychological,spiritual,sociocultural and environmental scores of the two groups were increased,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the quality of life scores of all dimensions were increased in both groups,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tanreqing injection combined with roxithromycin tablet has a remarkable effect in the treatment of mycoplasma infection,which can promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms,reduce the rate of return visit,and improve the comfort level and quality of life.
